**Welcome to Surfside Condos 202!**

Escape to a beachfront oasis in our spacious 1,370 square foot condo, perfectly located on the second floor of a six-story building. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it an ideal getaway for family or friends. With a one-week minimum stay, Surfside Condos 202 provides ample time to explore and unwind in the beautiful surroundings.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a bright open floorplan that combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The full kitchen, equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and toaster, boasts stunning granite countertops and three barstools nestled at the breakfast bar. You'll have everything you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal with the provided dishes and utensils.

Dining becomes a social event with our large table seating 8, complemented by an additional three barstools at the breakfast bar. The living room, overlooking the dining table, features a full sofa and loveseat accommodating up to five people. Additional chairs from the dining table can be used for extra seating.

The living room's sliding glass door leads to a sprawling balcony that runs the length of the condo, providing breathtaking views of the beach. This outdoor space can also be accessed through the master bedroom, inviting cool breezes and natural light into your private retreat. The master bedroom is a haven of relaxation with a king-size bed, large flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath featuring a double sink vanity and a large shower.

Our second bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds, while the third room houses a twin bed bunk system, perfect for kids or adults alike. The guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and a single sink vanity.

For your convenience, this condo has ceramic tile throughout and is equipped with a washer and dryer. Central air conditioning and heating ensure your comfort all year round, and the provided linens, towels, iron, and hairdryer cater to all your needs.

Outside, you can take a dip in the heated pool, grill your favorite meal, or enjoy a picnic in the garden area. Free parking for one car is included, and the condo also offers internet access for your entertainment and work needs.

Great location. The grandkids loved the bunk bed room. The heated pool was great because we had a couple of cool windy days. It was nice to walk outside and be right on the beach. Plenty of room for the six of us.

Good Condo and great location

The condo was exactly as advertised. that is, PERFECT!. We had 7 people including 3 boys age 3-10 and walked away with no damage done :-). The condo is on the second floor right on the beach. The pool was always clean and refreshing after a day a the beach. The closest restaurants Palm pavilion and frenchies Rockaway were walking distance. The pier 60 is also walkable but in the heat its a challenge. We utilized the trolley (kids free, adults $2.50) if we wanted to go closer to the pier because parking at pier is crowded. The condo was very well supplied and lacked nothing. Beds were comfy. We had a huge balcony looking out over the beach and sunsets! The property management company is excellent. We had extended a day without any issues. We were able to get into the condo 4 hours early!!!!! That's unheard of. Just really good people running this. They were always around, cleaning, working etc... we absolutely would stay here again and recommend this for families.

The unit was just okay. When the owner remodeled the unit for the additional bedroom for the kids, it made the master suite unusual because of the long hall to the master bath. If there was a pull out couch, it would have been better. Not sure we will stay in this unit again.

Renting was easy. Unit was poorly equipped and dirty. Advertised beach chairs and umbrella were not usable. Rusty and a real mess. Kitchen poorly equipped. Many lights not working. Lobby smelled bad. When I called agent about the beach equipment she said well I guess you will have to rent some. Said we’re not responsible for what owner provides. I said if you represent them you should at least know how the unit is equipped as advertised. I would not recommend this unit especially at the premium price we paid. Furniture uncomfortable and needs updating. Best thing was the balcony and the great beach view.

A wonderful condo and location

The condo had plenty of room for our family of seven. Love the location, north of the main strip but still close enough to walk. The area was not crowded, the view was amazing, and the beach was beautiful! Pool was clean. Property was well-kept. There were plenty of linens, towels, and even beach towels for our family. Can't say enough good things about this great rental!

Property is a great front row seat to the sunset every night, beautiful beach, property was well maintained and property management was quick to address any issue. The property owner has clearly made a number of upgrades to the property I would suggest some attention be given to the second bath and perhaps some new cookware. Perfect Condo!!

This was the perfect condo! There were eight of us. Me, my husband, my 3 sons (23, 21 & 19), my two nephews (both 20) and my 4 year old granddaughter and this condo slept all of us comfortably. The condo is directly on the beach and since it's about a mile north of the pier, it's a little less crowded. The condo was equipped with all the pots and pans we needed for cooking and a gas grill outside which we cooked hamburger and hotdogs on one evening. There are plenty of beach towels, bath towels and washcloths. There were even a few brand new beach chairs available for use. Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your condo! It was an absolute delight! We would love to stay there again soon!
