New renovations just completed... The perfect family vacation spot with every amenity you would expect at a 5-star hotel resort or your own home. Walking distance to the beach and central to every restaurant around town. Don`t want to walk, included in your reservation, is a 6 person golf cart that has the coveted resident parking sticker so you never have to pay $4.50 per hour to park in any spot at the beach or around town.

Unique to The Pink Pelican, check-in early and check-out late for no additional fee. Feel free to arrive after lunch at 1:00pm and enjoy more time on your last day with a 12:00pm check-out time.

Come relax and enjoy the laid-back beach town of Indian Rocks Beach in this private, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage. The Pink Pelican is a charming cottage with all the modern conveniences and comforts to provide the perfect spot for exploring the surrounding area. Just a short walk and you can be at the local white sandy beaches, restaurants, shops, parks, nature preserve, and dog park. Or use the bicycles and continue exploring. For more adventure, use the super easy board cart to walk the 2 paddle boards over to the beach. It’s not uncommon to spot dolphins or even manatee swimming alongside you.

The main bedroom has one King
The second bedroom has a full with a twin trundle bed
There is a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room

You have the entire house. The house has a smart lock so check-in is fast and simple. If you have an iPhone or watch you can even use that to unlock the door. You will be provided the code prior to arrival. Once inside you will find a house key on the coffee bar for other exit doors and locks.

Expect exceptional guest service. We are local and available 24/7 for any questions or if issues arise.

Just a brief drive from Tampa or St. Petersburg, Indian Rocks Beach offers nearly three miles of beautiful beaches along the glittering Gulf of Mexico. One of the few remaining old Florida beach towns that has plenty of local restaurants, bars, parks, and activities within walking distance of your house.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval, please send us a inquiry. A non refundable one-time $250 fee is required. We will invoice the pet fee once your reservation is made. We do not allow for cats at this time.

Electronic rental agreement to be provided and is required prior to check-in.

The responsible individual for all guests staying at the home must be a minimum 25 years of age.

Note: no more than 6 people are allowed over night per The City of IRB regulations.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

We just spent an amazing week at The Pink Pelican beach house, and it was honestly perfect for our family (and our two dogs)! The house had everything we could possibly need—plenty of space, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beach gear, toys for the kids, a relaxing backyard/firepit, and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The highlight was the included golf cart, which really made trips to the beach and local playgrounds incredibly easy. We loved every minute and can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, hassle-free family getaway by the shore.

Charming and perfect beach cottage. Loved it!

We just can't say enough about this place! From the super comfortable beds, to the gorgeous interior and fun backyard all set up for playing or relaxing. It is by far THE BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in. Great location a golf cart ride away from fantastic seafood restaurants, too!

I cannot say enough about Adam and the Pink Pelican!!! From check in to checkout everything was spot on. The newly renovated home was everything we needed!! Backyard.... adorable!!! Golf cart... loved!! Everything you need and more! Every time I messaged Adam he replied within 5 or so minutes!! We will be back for sure!!

Great stay in a great location

The Pink Pelican was exactly as described. Great stay in a great location. We loved being able to walk or take the golf cart to the beach and to local restaurants. Adam and Jen were great hosts. Nice to not have to deal with a management company, but rather the actual owners. We hope to visit Indian Rocks beach again.

Exactly as pictured! So cute, cozy, and calming. You can tell the hosts take pride in their rental and have thought of everything you'll need during your stay. Great Stay at IRB

What a great find. Excellent location, family friendly and close to everything. A short walk gets you to the beach, ice cream, lots of restaurants the local park or the trolley stop to go up and down the coast. Everyone loved the screened in patio to relax on the evenings after a long day at the beach. Will definitely come back to this gem when we are back.

This is a great location, the communication with the owner was good. Everything you could possibly need, just bring the suitcases. The bonus---you get free use of the golf cart. The beach is right up the block, and plenty of golf cart parking. Highly recommend, and this is our new GOTO spot on IRB.

Lovely cottage

My husband and I spent a week at this cute little house. We were the first ones after the hurricane renovation. Everything was pristine. We loved the location and walked to lots of restaurants. The coffee bar was well stocked and there were s’mores fixings and some other treats. Our pup enjoyed the back yard. We will definitely be back!

One of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in!

We had a great stay! The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood felt really safe and was full of charm — perfect for evening strolls. The golf cart was such a fun and convenient bonus, especially for beach runs. Just a heads-up: if you’re planning to drive the cart to the beach, make sure to go before 10am to snag one of the limited parking spots near the beach access points (usually only 2 spots available per entrance). We loved being able to have our small dog join us as well! Overall, a great place to stay — we’d definitely come back!

Amazing stay!

Impeccably clean, well stocked with all the essentials and more. Loved the fire pit and riding around in the golf cart! Communication was quick and easy when we had a couple of questions. Best Beach Getaway

We had the best time in Indian Rocks. Regina is an outstanding host. She has thought of EVERYTHING you need for your beach vacation and provides it. The cottage is perfect and very clean. I can’t think of one thing I would change. I definitely want to come back. Outstanding!!!!

Absolutely WONDERFUL!

We just wrapped up 2 weeks at The Pink Pelican and it was just perfect! Everything you see in listing is exact! Location is great for walking to beach and restaurants. It really is a 5 star experience! Everything we needed was there and we loved it was pet friendly. Adam was very responsive to our questions too. We hated to leave! We will definitely return!

Fantastic rental

Truly a home away from home. Just pack your clothes and you’re set. Everything we needed and more was available to make this rental perfect. From a coffee station with a fresh bag of coffee, to s’mores kit, to beach toys for kids and adults alike, to bath soap and towels, cozy outdoor space, beach chairs, golf cart…the list goes on. Location is also perfectly situated a block away from a park with lots to do to keep kids active outside of the beach.

Perfect vacation rental in IRB!

Exceptionally clean, super cute, excellent location in Indian Rocks Beach! This little house had everything we needed and was perfect for our family's week long vacation in Florida. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach, restaurants, a park and the beach trolley stop. Adam and Jen are wonderful hosts...they thought of everything, including an amazing box of chocolates, cold water in the fridge, beach amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. The back yard is very nice and private, and the golf cart is a major bonus. We were very impressed and highly recommend the Pink Pelican!

Amazing little house on IRB

The home, the location and the host were all wonderful. The home had everything you would need and the golf cart was a perfect addition. Only a short distance to the beach and several shops and restaurants nearby. Everything seemed pretty new and in excellent condition. There were bikes available and also paddle boards. We didn’t use either as we were only there over the weekend. Loved The Pink Pelican!!!

We had an amazing week at the Pink Pelican! The house was spotless and had comfortable beds. They had everything we needed for the beach. We regret not utilizing the bikes or paddle boards—next time! We loved riding around in the golf cart and never had trouble finding a golf cart spot at the beach. The house was also stocked with plenty of toys, puzzles, and craft supplies which we appreciated for our toddler! Adam was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. We hope to return soon!

Best place ever!

What a nice place! It was very clean. The beds were comfy and the pillows were comfortable as well. I like a soft pillow and my hubby likes a more firm one. The owner thought of everything and provided both! The fenced in backyard was perfect. We had a few windy days, so we spent time there and played cornhole. We had everything we needed! Golfcart was fun to have. The owner lives nearby, and checked on us. Would highly recommend this place!

Adorable cottage with a perfect location!!

We loved our stay at Ruby’s Cottage !!The cottage has a charming yard and is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach access! The beach wagon, chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach toys provided everything we needed to enjoy our days at the beach. The cottage was light, airy and had just the right beachy feel!! It was so easy to relax and spend time together! The lanai was a perfect place for late evening games. Regina’s responsiveness and communication was wonderful! Would definitely 10/10 recommend Ruby’s Cottage to everyone!!

The perfect beach cottage

The Pink Pelican was such a wonderful place to stay in Indian Rocks Beach. The cottage is so cozy and cute. It’s very clean and equipped with everything you need to stay with a family. The softest/freshest bath towels, and all soaps completely stocked in bathroom. The whole unit smelled so nice and clean. There isn’t one single complaint. We didn’t have the nicest of weather in Indian Rocks Beach, so we truly enjoyed the home and all it offers. The paddle boards were SO fun!! Backyard is beautiful and perfect to bring your dogs. The cottage is equipped with a beautiful new set of washer and dryers as well. They are not in the house, but right outside in a shed and truthfully I liked that. The house had more space. We loved our stay so much and will be back. Adam and Jen are the nicest and so attentive. So thankful we found this cute little gem.

Kentucky Travelers - January 2024

The house is adorable and comes with everything you need and more. Very clean and owners make sure you have everything you would need for your stay with extras touches like a basket of items to make smores out by firepit. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, paddle boards, and a golf cart to use during your stay. There is a little park that is right down from the house where you can play tennis, pickleball, basketball, or a play area for children. Restaurants are within walking distance if you don't want to drive as well as an ice cream shop. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. Since we are from Kentucky and are big University of Ky fans, there was a basketball game that was coming on right about the time we were to arrive at the house. I had asked the owners if they knew if we could get the game and when we arrived the TV's were on and set for the game. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is planning a stay on Indian Rocks Beach.

We enjoyed our quick weekend getaway for Father’s Day at Pink Pelican. We loved having the golf cart to drive to the beach or out to dinner. The outbuilding was stocked with everything you need for the beach - chairs, toys, games, and more. It was so nice to not have to bring all that from home. The home was super clean, wonderfully stocked with anything you need, and just as described. The owners are so helpful and quick to answer any questions. Their excellent communication and the attention they’ve put in to the details of the home are proof they want you to enjoy their home and IRB just as much as they do. Thanks for having us. We will be back!
