This condo was one of the best places we've stayed in the Maderia Beach area. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable with lots of pillows, and there were beach towels available. The pictures gave a true representation of the condo. It was great being able to walk out to the pool and beach. The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. We contacted the owner for garbage bags and they were there the next morning. The kitchen was equipped enough for our needs, but it did not have one mixing bowl.It was a very pleasant stay with the family.

We absolutely loved our stay at 103 Seaview! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had all the items needed for a week’s stay at the beach. It was very easy to get to the pool and the beach. The balcony was wonderful and we spent a lot of time relaxing out there. We loved the proximity to stores and restaurants. We had breakfast and dinner at the Reef across the street. We walked to John’s Pass. We communicated with the property manager and she was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. We can’t wait until next year!

This condo had absolutely everything we needed, for both inside (cooking) and outside. Beach toys, beach chairs towels. Even a shower chair that was incredibly helpful with my elderly mother. Great views. Beautiful Condo.Being directly on the beach with compacted sand for the VERY short walk to the water, was so helpful with my mother also. The kids had a great time. Would definitely stay there again.

Only steps to the beach

Overall stay was amazing, we enjoyed the close proximity to the pool. Grandparents could sit under the covered patio and watch the grand children splash in the pool and hot tub below which were meticulously maintained. There was a presence of staff every weekday and he was friendly and professional. The beach was clean and well maintained by the city. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had most of what we could want/need to cook.
