Perfect for families and groups of up to eight, this impressive home boasts generous, light-filled living and a lovely, wrap-around garden in the heart of the County Durham countryside. Beautifully finished with period-style furniture alongside contemporary comforts, enjoy a memorable stay with your entire pack â including a couple of canine companions â at this warm and welcoming abode.
Step inside, and youâre greeted by a grand hallway leading into a lounge with a bay window, plush seating, a Smart TV, and a warming open fire. The formal dining room has plenty of space to gather for celebratory meals, while the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and beautifully designed with a central breakfast bar and chic chandeliers. From here, the light-filled orangery hosts a second, more informal living space with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and full-height windows letting in plenty of natural light. A downstairs cloakroom and utility room add to the practicality. Upstairs, the landing opens to a peaceful seating nook and a luxurious family bathroom featuring a free-standing slipper bath and a separate walk-in shower. There are four generously sized bedrooms, all with Smart TVs and stylish decor, comprising: a super-king-size master with an en-suite bathroom and private roof terrace, a king-size room with en-suite shower room, a charming double, and a cosy twin thatâs ideal for children or friends sharing.
