Had a wonderful (albeit quick) getaway to The Gorge this past weekend (Friday to Sunday). Our trip consisted of me and my husband (in the first floor master bedroom) and our daughter and her boyfriend in the suite upstairs (it had a connected full bathroom). Loved that the master bedroom had direct access to the rear porch, that’s where we spent all of our time at the property if we weren’t asleep. The outdoor patio seating was VERY comfortable, looking up the round chairs for my home patio! The seating around the fire pit also looked comfortable but the weather was warm enough we didn’t need it nor the outdoor gas fireplace, but was very happy to have the options. We didn’t use the kitchen other than the fridge (which did supply ice and water to refill our reusable bottles) but it was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans - anything you might need for meals. There was ample parking for anyone pulling a trailer and while we all rode in my vehicle, two would have easily fit. Although the driveway is a little steep, it was super easy to get into and had enough space for me to completely turnaround (although again, we only had 1 vehicle there). I can see why this place would be dreamy for anyone riding in Hollerwood, you could literally park at the rental and never have to leave your trailer anywhere! We didn’t ride but did drive around to check it out in case that was something we wanted to do in the future. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay again!
