The wifi would not connect; the phone cord was broken and did not attach to the horn well so you had to hold it in place if you wanted to call the front desk; long-distance calls would not go through; the smoke detector was hanging off the wall; the grass around the grounds needed to be mowed.

It’s a large, older motel but quite functional. No frills, but clean, safe, and priced well. If you are looking for fancy, quiet, or updated you won’t find it here. But there’s nothing wrong with an older property that does the job. The rooms are huge and have fridge, microwave, table, chairs, beds, bathroom and shower. I have stayed before and would stay again.

The clerk was unfriendly and rude at check in. It got a bit better toward the end of exchange, I asked her for a good room as we had driven a long way today, The bathroom is run down with rust and chunks of porcelain out of tub. There is a stain on the blanket on one bed. The light above one bed doesn’t work. We are seniors and were given a room on 2nd floor involving us hauling our luggage and belongings up a flight of stairs. The ratings were pretty good for this place but I would not give it a pass and will not be recommending it.
