Private: small garden 70 m2 with wildlife garden and flowers, natural garden 100 m2 (fenced). In the house: WiFi, billiard table. 100 m footpath to the house. Parking, public parking 100 m. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Forte dei Marmi" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 17 km, Viareggio 24 km, Lucca 49 km, Pisa 64 km, Firenze 141 m, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 81 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Massaciuccoli 50 km, Torre del Lago 31 km. Hiking paths: Antro del Corchia 15 km, Sentieri Parco Apuane 500 m. Please note: car recommended.
