This is not your typical motel. It’s very clean and well taken care of. Excellent location and walkable to plenty of shopping, dining & drinking options. 100% would stay again.

Room air conditioning outdated and loud.

Super small room with air conditioner (which was necessary this time of year), about 12 inches from the head of the bed roars so loudly, making it impossible to sleep.

We had a very nice room. I loved the heater in the bathroom. It’s an old hotel but very comfortable. A couple of things we didn’t like was the access to the room was a steep decline or metal stairs needed for snow and ice, but intimidating to walk on. Also the continental breakfast was not good. It was very limited in choices.

Great place right downtown with water views

Very modest appearance from the street, but it's been completely remodeled inside. The room was quiet, very clean, and with the bonus of looking right out onto the Yampa River. The A/C was efficient without being too loud. We would stay here again, because of the views of the river and the walkability into town and all the great restaurants!
