Quiet, peaceful and restful. Clean room, friendly staff. The view from our balcony of the Yampa river was wonderful. Steps from downtown shopping and eating. Will definitely stay here again!

For a traveler with a dog, this place has it all. The park area and walking available is beautiful, safe and enriching. The room was small, but I was only there one night. It was quiet and very convenient- could unload car right into room. I walked downtown and brought food back. All very easy and quick. Loved it.

We rode all day on our motorcycles through the rain and cold and we're freezing when we arrived. The room was perfect and we turned up the heat and took a nice hot shower, which was amazing. Thank you Rabbit ears!
