Full size laundry facilities. Access to boat ramp, dock, pool. 30-40 minute troll to the Gulf of Mexico. Ample parking under home for boat on trailer and 2-3 cars. Driveway available for additional parking. Front and back porches. Lower level deck overlooking the river.
Beautiful view of Steinhatchee River. Very quiet development. Extremely relaxing. Come here for great fishing and scalloping in their respective seasons.
