Rumwaldhof Edelweiss 82-m² apartment with unique view of Ortles
The Edelweiss holiday flat is barrier-free and is located on the 2nd floor of the Rumwaldhof farm in the agricultural greenery of the Stelvio National Park; the ideal place for a break, to recharge your energy, to observe nature and the night sky or as a starting point for forest walks. The lifts of the Ortler skiing and hiking area can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
The flat consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, whirlpool bath and washlet WC. Various books and games are available in the communal lounge. The large terrace with the gentle lapping of the pond water invites you to relax. W-Lan is available throughout the house. There is a garage with electric charging stations for vehicles - we also have a space for collecting recyclable materials.
The house was newly built in 2024 to passive house standards. The heat pump is powered by a photovoltaic battery system.
