Mix feeling

The beds and the breakfast were excellent, however, the conditions of the room was very poor No light, the window was very small. The room was not big enough Not enough toiletries or space to put our staff. No closet and the floor was very tricky. But the staff were very nice and helpful both on the reception and breakfast staff too.

it's a decent hotel, too dark for my taste, they don't clean room every night, so you will have to request for new towels and trash bags.

Rooms were too small and poorly equipped apart from the bathroom which was excellent. Lack of plug points and absolutely not enough room for 2 x people. Duvet supplied was only large enough for one person too.

A unique, boutique property. Long drinks and beer are available in the lounge / gaming area and limited food is available (flat-bread pizza is pretty good). Helpful, friendly staff. A bit off the beaten path - worth the visit. Be sure to check out the Italian restaurant down the block!

Convenient and clean and friendly. The desk staff was great. Especially Angela! We came at the hottest time of the year, so the lack of AC made it a little stuffy at times, but understandable. Very convenient location to all the transportation :)

Elevator was out of order during my stay. Sink in bathroom was blocked and was repaired a day later. I payed about 30% less in other European capitals for larger and better equipped room. Very nice foyer and very good breakfast. Not so far to the metro station.

Great 2 nights here..amazing breakfast options. Bakery bread was incredible. Easy to access transportation..all staff were helpful and friendly! We had an inside room for 4 people with no window..learned we could have contacted hotel and askes about adding a cot to a 3 person room Would atay again!

Worst hotel experience in 40 years

Shower didn't work, not did the lift. The room was the size of a shoebox in a rabbit warren of corridors with inconsistent numbering (H&S nightmare). Don't stay there.
