An elegant gem, lots of character and style and absolutely 5 star service. Simply gorgeous. Thanks to Jenny, Mutaza and Victoria, any issues (I booked an extra night & I wanted to upgrade) were just magically resolved with a smile. A beautiful stylish hotel. My room was just perfect. Right on the waterfront. You can walk everywhere you might need to go. Much better than the most fancy hotels in every way. I will be back. Thank you!

The staff was outstanding. They helped us in directions, making reservations for dining, ordering a car to get to the airport and having someone help with our luggage at 6:20 am. Quite impressive! Loved the charm of the hotel and the included breakfast was outstanding.

Very nice hotel right in the center of Stockholm. Older hotel room that had several updated touches. Staff was very helpful. One small elevator to bring bags up and down.

The staff is mostly great Chana, Anna and Daniel! The housekeeping was not as good as it was. Also when they charged me at check-in the price was as stated but the exchange went crazy and almost $2000 more… not happy about what happened there maybe Sek to US to Cdn… was not correct! Stayed here for the Stockholm marathon and it was lovely. Staff are very friendly and willing to help, and the location is perfectly placed right next to a nice park area and across the bridge from the old town.

Central location with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Plenty of things to do with short walking distance or easy to use public transport. There is a transit stop about 500 feet from the front door. Hotel staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful.
