Lovely hotel. Room was small, but shower was so small. Wouldn’t recommend room on floors that end in 01. Couldn’t bend down without opening shower door. Water ran out of bathroom into bedroom area..

We had an amazing stay at the Reisen. The hotel is beautiful, the room was so comfortable and all the staff are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the bar was great fun. The location is excellent for walking or getting a bus or ferry. The sauna and plunge pool was a nice bonus.

For the price the room size was poor. The bathroom was beyond tiny and the room itself had very little room between the foot board and the wall. Though out of their control, the hotel acting as a starting off for the cruise ships made dining difficult.

From first contact and having an early check in, to the friendliness of staff we were impressed from the start. The room was decorated beautifully, the bathroom had a very good shower and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast one day in the hotel and the quality was excellent. I would stay in this hotel again.

Great hotel. Real smiles on the face’s of employees. Dedicated, knowledgeable, forthcoming. Room very comfortable if a bit on the small side. Efficient bathroom, great amenities (the cold pool was unbelievable and unbelievably appreciated in the 2025 extremely hot and humid summer). Just a great place.
