Beautiful hotel in stunning location. View from room wonderful. Easy access on foot to all of the city. Lots of restaurants close by. Good breakfast in hotel. Great to have gym on site also

The location is the key benefit with the hotel. The staff were very attentive and the room was clean and well maintained. There was an issue with road/traffic noise but this was a minor problem

Lovely decor, good sized room, great central location and top service. Room was extremely noisy directly opposite a nightclub, plus early morning loading dock deliveries and rubbish removal in the laneway outside our room. That would be enough for me to stay elsewhere next time.

The hotel is in a great location and you can walk everywhere (shops, train station, etc.). The restaurant isn't an option if you are vegetarian or vegan, but there are plenty of places where to eat nearby.

Attractive building in an excellent location for sightseeing. Room sleeping 3 adults was spacious and well equipped though the 3rd bed probably more suitable for a child. Staff were helpful and efficient. Didn’t use the restaurant as we were on a short city break with a tight schedule but the dining facilities seemed popular.

We were in room 301, a suite facing the canal. Amazing view of the water and historic section of the city. The room was lovely and very quiet. King bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room was clean and functional. The TV in the living room was difficult to connect an HDMI cable to, and the TV in the bedroom was a real challenge, but it was possible for both. I needed to practice on the living room TV first. We were able to play our movies and shows. The bathroom was clean and spacious. There was plenty of storage and an 220V outlet. Wi-Fi was good and reliable. The location of the hotel was excellent in the heart of the city. Most sights were walkable, and the tram system was convenient using Google Maps. Breakfast was great. Many choices both traditional and local. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is great for the water view, but kind of noisy because of the nonstop boat’s engine (for the light sleepers) breakfast is good ( except omelette) .. Staff are super nice. Don’t expect dinners within short walking distance, and the Hotel is kind of far from the airport, but close to boat tours.
