The location is prime. Central and on a pedestrian street. The decoration and overall vibe of the hotel is beautiful and lively in the best possible way. The rooms are quiet and the beds very comfy.

Loved everything. The breakfast is a must. The staff are sweet. The location is absolutely perfect and the rooms are very nice. The one issue is the music in the courtyard restaurant and bar, which gets louder on Friday and Saturday night. The windows block the noise very well, so on weeknights it wasn't an issue. But Friday and Saturday they turned it up further and it interfered with our sleep. It is a pity that a 5 star hotel prioritizes the weekend fun for locals over paying travelers trying to get some sleep while traveling.

Hotellet Àr toppen och jÀttefint. Det som drar ner betyget Àr upplevelsen i Spaavdelningen dÀr vi bokat bastudelen för oss sjÀlva under 45 min. NÀr vi kom in var det 1 cm vatten över hela golvet, soffan var rejÀlt tÀckt med kaksmulor samt Àven golvet. DÀrtill sÄ fanns det bara varmvatten i duschen dÄ temperaturvredet var trasigt. SÄledes hade ingen stÀdat innan vÄr tid vilken man kan förvÀnta sig pÄ ett 5 stjÀrnigt hotell. DÀrtill var en av tvÄ bastudelar avstÀngd, detta fick vi dock info om i receptionen. My son and enjoyed our stay. The property, staff and location were all excellent. Stockholm is wonderful and the hotel is located near the Old Town and other areas of interest. The immediate area is quaint with high quality shopping and dining. Staff was incredible especially Malin the reservation manager/concierge as well as the restauarant staff
