A few things were fine, especially the shower (my room was on the 1st floor). But several things were poor - insufficient parking spaces for the number of rooms, very dry overcooked chicken in my dinner main course, poor quality meat products at breakfast, freezing cold bathroom, shaver light did not work and no instructions for thr heating panel. Fortunately,I was able to get the instructions on the internet.

Hi my stay at the hotel was very good comfortable room bathroom clean hot water good only thing is that i prefer a walk in shower as oposed to one in the bath as i have some mobility issues but that’s seid exelent definitely go back again

Lovely hotel, lovely view.
Lovely hotel, clean room, bathroom was beautiful. Gorgeous view from Mountain View room. Breakfast was very good. Only slight flaw was the floors were quite creeky, so often hear folk moving around, that said we weren’t woken in the night due to any loud noises and there was a wedding on that evening. Would stay again.

Good Highland hotel in beautiful setting.
Very good hotel at reasonable price. Food basic and mediocre with poor menu choices. My room was in the attic on 4th floor and the lift only goes up to the second. With a convoluted trek up and down stairs to get there. Beautiful Highland setting and the staff were friendly and helpful. 3* rating about right.
