The location simply cannot be beat if you are searching for a Florida beach getaway. "

"The house has been completely renovated and is in a great location. It is easily walkable to the bars/restaurants and Stump Pass. It is a very short walk down the road to the beach and we took the provided beach chairs down to the beach for most sunsets. The only negative is that the bathroom for the queen bedroom is a long walk away from the bedroom. All and all it was great- the owners and Perry did everything they could to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. "

"Everything was just as advertised in the listing. Very clean, very close to the beach. The only negative is there is no ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom making it fairly warm. Pool was clean and heated, lots of pool seating. All the amenities were great! Great local eats."
