GOLF, ON US

Every night of your stay includes **two complimentary 18-hole rounds of golf, one shared cart, and two premium club rentals at Boulder Canyon Golf Club.**

Tee times are subject to course availability and should be reserved in advance. Your complimentary golf package must be used during your confirmed stay dates and cannot be accumulated, transferred, carried over, or redeemed after checkout.

Golf is seasonal and subject to weather, maintenance, course availability, and Boulder Canyon Golf Club policies.

DINNER, ON US
Every reservation also includes a **$100 gift card to The Canyon Grille**, located just a short walk from your front door. Your gift card will be waiting for you inside the home upon arrival and does not expire—simply present it to your server whenever you're ready to use it.
The Canyon Grille serves hand-cut steaks, burgers, in-house smoked Texas BBQ, seafood, handcrafted cocktails, and more, with a beautiful patio overlooking the golf course.
No need to drive into Deadwood or arrange a ride after dinner. Walk to The Canyon Grille, enjoy dinner and drinks, and make the short walk back to Double Eagle when you're ready.

THE HOME
Thoughtfully designed for families, golf groups, and Black Hills adventures, this two-story home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests and offers two separate living areas, two primary suites, multiple outdoor spaces, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

PRIVATE HOT TUB
After a day on the golf course, exploring the Black Hills, or enjoying dinner at The Canyon Grille, come home and unwind in your private hot tub.

With a large upper balcony, lower walkout patio, two living areas, and private hot tub, Double Eagle is designed to be a home base for the entire trip—not just a place to sleep between adventures.

PET POLICY
Double Eagle Retreat is now **dog-friendly with prior approval.** Please message us for approval prior to booking if you plan to bring a dog.

A non-refundable **$100 pet fee per stay** applies for up to two dogs, with a maximum weight of 30 lbs per dog. Guests must provide a description of their dog(s) prior to arrival for approval.

Cats and other animals are not permitted.

Pets that shed must remain off furniture and beds to help maintain cleanliness standards. We strongly recommend kenneling dogs when away from the property. Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.

Any pet not approved prior to arrival will result in a minimum additional charge of $200. Excessive shedding or additional cleaning needs may result in added cleaning fees.
