Great Esslingen hotel

Perfect location if you want to use the trains. You are 3 minutes from the station. Esslingen alone is worth to stay a few days. The online check in is a bit unusual but works flawlessly. If you have problems there is still somebody there to help you. Breakfast was great and in abundant.

Really well-placed for exploring Esslingen and close to transport to Stuttgart city and airport. The apartment was really comfortable and having kitchen facilities was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Spotless apartment, imperfect service

The best attributes were the location and the condition of the apartment. It was very close to the train and bus station, and everything in the apartment was brand new. However, there were two things that could have been improved. First, the blackout curtains didn't completely cover the window. Second, when they cleaned the apartment, they took all of the towels and didn't replace them. We called as soon as we returned that evening and had to wait more than an hour for someone to bring us towels. This meant missing a dinner reservation.

Interesting set up... in good area

Difficult at first getting used to the codes for rooms, but then it became extremely convenient. The waters were a nice touch. We had 2 rooms, on different floors, and a long walk between. Rooms were generally too warm for me even with window split at top. One room had late night wild party next door. Location was perfect. Definitely would stay again. Rating somewhere between 4 and 5.

The property is new and the staff is welcoming. There is no parking at the property, but there is a parking just around a corner for 12eur per day. close to the train station, supermarket at the ground level

Since I stayed last time, the hotel had some improvements. The room was clean and comfortable enough. However, the air conditioner makes some random and very irritating noise. Fortunately, during the night it was chilly enough to set it off and we could sleep. We appreciated the possibility to leave our bags at the reception the day we arrived and we left. On the other hand, we did not appreciate at all the staff refusing to fill up our bottles when we came back to pick up the bags, “because we had already checked out and therefore water could only be sold”. After three nights spent in the hotel, during a heatwave with more than 30C, and also considering that in Esslingen tap water is drinkable, I found this very annoying. It’s common sense and good manners, and this should be the basics for a hospitality manager/employee.

This place was very pleasant. Obviously it was pretty new. The room and facilities within were excellent. Access was simple and efficient. Soundproofing was good. The room was well cooled with quiet AC. Check-out at 12pm was so helpful for us. And we were able to leave our bags there safely while we walked around beautiful Esslingen. There's a food supermarket in the same block which was great for breakfast and lunch. A large fridge and freezer was fantastic for beer and soft drinks. We would choose this place, without hesitation, for our next trip to Esslingen.

We had terrible experience while Checking in and accessing our rooms thorought our stay. They are trying to utilize technology to save cost. However the processes they are using are terrible. It took hours to check in. The staff was not cooperative and rude. Would not recommend this property if you are business traveler.
