Comfortable and welcoming

In the middle of the bustling city centre and parking onsite too. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable as was the bed and the hotel was very modern. Breakfast was very tasty and the choice very good. If we go back to Stuttgart, we shall definitely be staying here again.

The friendly, professional and organized staff was everything at this hotel. The awesome staff helps one overlook the worn but clean and cared for spaces. We were a large and demanding group (20 people) but they treated us all fairly every time. We stayed at this hotel for four nights to visit the Christmas markets in and around Stuttgart. The location is very convenient, practically in the city center. We walked to all the markets, but only drove to the Mercedes Museum. The hotel has its own paid parking, which is recommended to reserve in advance, which we did, but we arrived one evening and found all the spaces taken. However, the man at reception (unfortunately, I didn't get his name) quickly helped us resolve this issue by telling us where we could park in the nearest lot. As compensation for the inconvenience, we were waived for three days of hotel parking, for which we are extremely grateful. The breakfasts are very good, and the rooms are comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.
