The studio apartment 28 sqm is located in Endersbach which belongs to Weinstadt. It is centrally located near train station in a residiential area. The studio apartment is in the basement with several daylight windows. It has its own entrance and is reachable by some stairs.

A large room 28 sqm provides living space for everything you will need.

A queensize bed and a sleeping sofa (140cm) offers place up tp 4 persons. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children.

The kitchen is furnished with plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and cookware. Further you will find an oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle.

Please consider that the one-room-apartment offers a sleeping place for 4 persons, but then space is rare in the apartment.

We are pleased to provide bed linen and towels. Shampoo and shower gel are also available.

Free parking is possible in side streets. There is no parking spot on the proberty.
