Beautiful farmhouse built in 1906, within walking distance of the Longleaf Trace biking trail, local restaurants and boutiques. The home has original features, a favorite is the claw foot tub, take a relaxing bath! Have coffee on the front porch swing! Enjoy the back yard barbequing on the grill or make smores on the firepit! Conveniently located 2 blocks f/ the Longleaf Trace, 2 miles f/ Sumrall Sportsplex public use tennis and pickleball courts, 2 miles f/ Dogwood Venue, & 15 miles f/ USM Campus.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath home that includes a full size washer and dryer, a well equipped kitchen, there is also a Keurig and a 12 cup drip coffee maker with filters & start up coffee and tea supplies, a pellet grill on the back porch, a firepit w/ firewood in the back yard. Our stay at this home was wonderful. The host was great to work with in terms of accommodating our small gathering of family and friends after my son’s graduation.
