Almost slopeside

Great property - exactly what we were looking for. We rode the free shuttle to the mountain in the morning (stops across the street) and walked back in the afternoon. Quiet neighborhood. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Great to have the gas fireplace.

Perfect location to ski and town! Cheri was super responsive and helpful. Unit a bit outdated with enough but minimal kitchen supplies. More than adequate for two of us. Would stay there again - sounds like updating units over time.

Great location

I don't think you can stay closer to River Run, location is excellent. 0.25mi easy walk to the lift. The community hot tub was in questionable condition, the water didn't look good. That was a bummer. The accommodations are showing their age but are still in working order. Snow control across Sun Valley was very poor but that's not the owners fault. Ice management in the parking lot could have been better though.

Convenient Ketchum Location

Pennay's at River Run has a super location on the west side of Ketchum next to the Wood River Trail. The room was clean, but dated. It appears that other rooms were in the remodeling process during our stay.

Ketchum stay

You can’t beat the location, but the accommodations themselves are older and very worn. Homes that have not been updated in decades tend to be difficult to really get clean, as this is the case here. Bunk beds can’t accommodate anyone over 5’5”. Metal folding chairs are only seating on deck. Carpet was filthy. We would not recommend or stay again

Awesome location & nice place to stay

Condo was just what we needed. It is ideally located just a short ways from Bald Mountain and recreational paths. Set up worked well with kids in bunk and separate master bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with right cooking items. Good value and we would return. Thank you!

Thanks for allowing dogs!

We had a great stay. The space was excellent, nicer in person than in the photos. The gas fireplace made it so comfortable and temperature could be adjusted in each room. Also, we were so glad to have found a place that allows dogs so our boys could adventure with us! Would recommend.

Great choice!

It was perfect for our needs. Very clean, good location, bike and hiking trails nearby . And the inside was nicely appointed with all the necessities. Manager was very accommodating . We would definitely stay there again !
