Staff! Guy at the front desk is pretty clueless. Didn’t know where the one ice machine was or what times breakfast was. Told me when I asked how much parking was he said wasn’t his problem bc he already has told management.

Bathroom sink in 211 drained VERY slowly. Couldn’t figure out how to set the clock. Couch sides had bee”scratched” by pets. Parking fee??? Really??? Sad. Now I see why the rate was low!
