"Overall the property is as advertised. Good location, except that non-beachfront houses use the beach access between this house and the condos next door, via a narrow path. If you’re using the grill downstairs, you’ll have plenty people stopping to ask what you’re cooking. We like to leave places better than we found them, which was difficult to do because no cleaning products were available….if we had a spill, we only had water and paper towels to take care of it. Aside from that, the house was mostly stocked well with towels, toilet paper, body wash, but for culinary people such as ourselves, the kitchen was lacking a bit, so if you need something outside of the bare kitchen necessities, bring it yourself. Air conditioning worked great and kept the house nice and cool. Elderly and handicapped beware…the ramp from the deck down to the beach is very steep. I lost my footing once but managed to catch myself before falling. Master bed is extremely comfortable and our kids had no complaints about the bunkbeds. Overall, a nice stay with great beach views and breezes."
