As there is no elevator, you need to be in shape to go up the stairs with all your luggage. Having stayed here before, I had requested a main level room because of knee issues. Loved being able to bring everything in through the room’s patio door. Parking was directly in front of the patio door which is a great plus. Only complaint is that the rug was stained in a number of places so needs a good cleaning. The rest of the room was good.

First room the put us into had a strong, unpleasant odor.They said it hadn't be used in quite awhile and offered to spray it. No happening. Next room had no odor, but bathtub was unuseable, badly stained, and bathroom was not clean. Will never come back.

Traveling home with my daughter from Canmore and needed a stop for the night. Looked online and found this little 8.2 rated beauty just waiting for us to come enjoy the wonders and delights of Swift Current. The place was not clean, there was hair and stains all over the bathroom when we arrived. Took the front desk personnel over an hour to come clean it. The bug in the tub put me over the top with unhappiness. This is a 5/10 at best just to level set the bar for travellers expecting 8.2 from other locations. I won’t stay here again.

There were no elevators. The bed sunk in the middle. Hotel was old and dated. The room was clean but no coffee maker nor microwave in room.

Imagine my surprise when I opened the door to my room and got a blast of cold! The AC was ser at 10 C! A couple adjustments, tho, and it warmed up quickly. It’s on the TransCan, so ask for a back room for less truck noise. Also get a main floor room if you need an elevator (there is none).

Check in was good, no issues. Friendly staff. Parking available right by our room was a plus. Room was not clean, carpet was stained and did not appear to be vacuumed before we checked in. The room needed a good cleaning in general. We were traveling with a pet and I question if that is why we were given that particular room?
