A spacious and bright apartment in the heart of Ortigia, between the ancient market and Graziella, a charming neighborhood once inhabited by fishermen. The space consists of two apartments; the first offers three spacious bedrooms with bathroom, an eat-in kitchen and a large furnished terrace from which you can admire the bright colors of the roofs of Ortigia. The second apartment, on the other hand, offers two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The apartment is the ideal choice to comfortably accommodate a family or groups of friends. All rooms are air conditioned and covered by Wi-Fi.
The apartments are managed by an agency that requires the conclusion of a rental agreement, pursuant to articles 1571 and following of the Civil Code, with regular registration of the documents necessary for the issuance of the invoice. Ortigia jewel

The property is very well located in the heart of Ortigia and a 5 minute walk from most attractions. The property is well furnished and equipped and the terrace makes it extra special. Veryhelpful to have three bathrooms and double rooms for a larger party. The property manager was very helpful and gave good check in information. Downside is the parking - you have to take your chances with the on street parking. Also the bedding wasn't pure cotton so got a bit clammy. However an overall beautiful apartment for a stay with family or friends. useful having 3 bathrooms and 3 doubles
