A memorable holiday
This is an attractive, comfortable and practical house that makes for a relaxed and stress-free stay, facilitated by Andrea, who is a kind, responsive and organised host. He is true to his word, generous with local advice and attends to queries efficiently. Highlights are the wonderful pool, garden and outside patios - it's outdoor living at its best. We had the use of the whole space and relished the privacy that offered us. Everything was in working order. The spacious bedrooms are adequately cooled by the fans; although the showers are small, the bathrooms function well. The downstairs kitchen is well-equipped, with lots of lovely crockery and glassware. This was a wonderful spot for a family reunion, thank you, Andrea.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa Lots of space and a good size pool . Perfect location for exploring Syracuse and Noto. Andrea was always helpful Would definitely go back one day

Family Holiday
Great property and very clean and having the benefit of a private pool which was well used. Andrea was very helpful too. A great location for visiting sites and beaches on the East of Sicily. Would stay here again.

Fantastic villa
Had a wonderful stay in this villa. It was lovely and clean The whole process was easy and andrea was a fantastic host. He told us of a very good pizza place to ho and eat at and arranged a day trip. boating around ortiga island which was superb. Would definitely stay here again

Great stay -ocean and pool!
Great communications with Andrea. Beautiful apartment with comfortable bed. Needed something for kitchen and Andrea was at the apartment next morning to help us out. Enjoyed pool everyday. Nice beach and restaurant nearby. Great base to explore Ortega, Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, and area over several days

Relaxing few days in Sicilian sunshine
My partner and I spend four days in Arenella at the end of July. The weather was very hot, with temperatures in the mid-30s. The property was lovely. Although the pool was shared with the other set occupants (four), it was never crowded and we found it very private. It is very close to the sea/beach, but we found the pool more appealing! The main bedroom was equipped with an air conditioning, which definitely helped at night. We were in the upstairs unit, and the balcony was a good size and had a big umbrella which made sitting out very pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to eat in which we did a a couple of times. It is well located for getting into Sryacuse, and travelling around was very easy. Our host was very quick to respond to our questions, and enjoyed the places he recommended for eating out. He also gave us a "welcome box" of food which was very helpful. We would recommend staying there, and would go back should we return to Sicily - which we hope to do one day.

Lovely stay!
Our family of totally five persons stayed in the apartment for two weeks. It was everything you could wish for: great host, nice and clean apartment, perfect garden with well kept pool and close to the beach. We’ll probably be back!

Andrea is a great host And Tracy very Fast on questions zuring the stay as well as before. Great house with everything you need And a great pool. The family And especially ghe kids loved it. A fence in front of the pool would be even better for safety measures. A 5 star rating deserved

Very comfortable and clean holiday apartment on ground floor with lovely swimming pool
We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped comfortable vacation villa. Although it was a multiple renta, we didn’t have to bother about our neighbours. Very warm welcome by Andrea who was very committed to his house. Highly recommended prooerty
