Inside a private property of about 3,500 square meters, at the top of a splendid hill, there is this detached house with private pool and panoramic views. The villa has a large covered and furnished outdoor veranda, with a small outdoor kitchen and a comfortable barbecue area which is perfect for outdoor cooking. The interior of 110 square meters offers comfortable furniture and facilities for 6 people. A large living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms with air conditioning. Outside, the hilly position makes it possible to observe Syracuse and the sea with a breathtaking view. The real gem, however, is the splendid private swimming pool (12x7 m), surrounded by the large equipped solarium and positioned inside the garden in a panoramic position. Private parking inside the fully fenced property. Car is required.

Propriétaire très avenant et disponible, surtout à l’arrivée pour retrouver la maison. Maison sommaire, équipée de manière rudimentaire. Les extérieurs sont très agréables et calmes. La proximité avec Syracuse et Ragusa sont de vrais atouts. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances.
