Wonderful hotel

Hotel cozzi was wonderful! The service is high standard, the room is spacious and clean and modern! The breakfast choice was amazing and tasted so good! Location was perfect so central and convenient! I would book again at this hotel!

This hotel is under rated. We will give it a 4 star hotel. Hotel is clean, bright and with modern deco. Staff are friendly, helpful, and very professional. We had a 2 twin beds room and it is spacious, clean, with 2 comfy beds, the lighting in the room is very smoothing and warm, very welcoming.. Breakfast is good. Location is good right next to the MTR station, a few steps to 7/11 and with the Starbucks next to the hotel, super convenient. We have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to others.

The location is great. It is near Taibei station. Many kinds of transportations around. The breakfast is not as good as in the last trip, but still on the front compared with other hotels.

Stayed here with my fiancée in January 2025. The hotel was modern, super clean, cozy, and centrally located to 24 hour convenience stores, Starbucks, and metro stops. The room itself was not very big but had a super large and comfortable King sized bed, plus a well-designed comfortable shower. The free breakfast buffet had a good variety. The hotel staff was helpful and professional. Check in was super smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

Great base for sightseeing

Everything was good. The location near the main Taipei station was convenient. The lounge area was especially good and they offered complementary beverages and snacks all day.

We had a great time staying here! The complimentary breakfast was the best - a lot of variety of Chinese and American. They also rotated the food selection and even had someone making eggs! The soybean and coffee drinks were great as well. Snack hour was also a nice treat. All of the staff were friendly and helpful as well. The rooms were clean and modern with a tub, shower, and a bidet! We had four people so we had to book 2 rooms. I had requested connecting rooms but since they didn’t have any, the rooms were next to each other. It was very easy to communicate to them over messaging since we are from the US. They responded very fast. I believe they have rooms that slept 4 but they were booked out. The location of the hotel was great as well, in the center of town with McDonald’s and 7-11s around the corner. We had a great view of the street so we were able to see the line at Fuhang Soymilk across the street wrapped around the corner. We got lucky with the view but that meant bright lights. I love the option of pulling all the black out curtains to create a darker room. The only negative was not having a self laundry service available but I don’t think that’s an Asia norm. We know some family who stayed at Hilton around the corner who had free self service laundry service. Would stay here again if we come back to Taipei!
