The beds were very comfortable, sleep very good! Had to walk upstairs with all our luggage to our room on the second floor, no elevator. It was very rough with heavy baggage.

I was told I was close to the elevator, there was no elevator. The door to the room was really hard to open every time. The base of the bed was broken. Every time you sat on the edge of the bed the side would come up.

The air was turned off in the room when we checked in and it was brutally hot (3pm 100 degrees outside) the room did not ever cool down.

Staff was super professional and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean and roomy. The lobby was clean and smelled fresh. I would book this one again in a heartbeat!
