We've stayed here many, many times. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but no luxury AT ALL. Very basic room with old furniture and (sometimes) bad tv reception. The bathrooms are clean but in severe need of renovations. The breakfast is a piece of fruit, granola bars, muffins, yogurt and water. Again, they are clean and comfortable rooms, but absolutely nothing luxurious at this location. There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant right behind the hotel.

No staff support at all, just the person that checked me in. It is not handicap friendly. I asked for for wheel chair, no stairs. Locked doors where the only ramp to use to get to & from the rooms. Why dont they have a cardkey door for access. The guy at the desk said it was locked until 9 AM.

Room was old, no plugs for phones and no outlets (110v) on wall. Staff was great 5 stars. Two sets of door keys would not work. Desk lady had it fixed after following us to the room and it still would not work. People next door returned to there room at 4:o5 am and were loud and arguing until i left a 7 AM. The police and fire were pulling in when i was loading my vehicle. But for something else. Parking was easy to amswer your question

The room was old and dilapidated. There was no chair in the room for sitting and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. My husband and I heard people arguing and walking back and forth in front of our room late at night. The next day cops showed up because something bad happened 2 rooms down. I will never stay here again!

It is clean, and the staff seems friendly. It is poorly outdated with stuff falling off the walls, stains everywhere, and an elevator that kept slamming into me. The continental breakfast is one of the saddest I’ve ever seen. It would be a great property if any higher ups actually cared as much about it as the employees.
