Terrible Stay
Owner cancelled our stay just a few hours before our pending arrival. Vrbo committed to locating us and paying for an overnight accommodation at the Hampton Inn in Stroudsburg for August 11th. Vrbo first scheduled our stay at the Hampton in Stroudsburg but incorrectly did not pay for the stay. The room had to be cancelled and then rebooked with Vrbo's payment information. Hampton then credited my credit card for the August 11th stay and then Hampton subsequently later charged me for the August 11th stay. I am contesting this with my credit card company. Both Vrbo's customer service were extremely hard to deal with as was Hampton Inn's. One of the worst experiences of my life.
