The hotel is top tier. The minute you walk in the lobby, you catch the vibe-cozy & luxurious. The rooms and the pools are amazing! Beautiful garden out back. Great staff! Nice restaurant on site, wish they served hot chocolate tho. Located in a great area, close to casino and other activities. Hibachi restaurant onsite. Def will be back!

Didn't agree with the 300 dollar hold deposit. That was alot of money for for a deposit. i was only staying for one night My room was very dusty . I know for sure the cleaning crew skipped this room. i mentioned this to the front desk they didn't do anything about it.

That was the worst experience of all my travels. Al at the check-in was unpleasant and tactless. The hotel has a rule if children stay they are unable to swim in the pool after 5 pm and check-in is at 4. The hotel is also just in a hibachi restaurant parking lot not a resort at all. The front of the swiftwater smelled of marijuana. Would not recommend.

Room was pretty clean when we arrived. Staff was very nice. Only issue we had was a very unclean glass that we didn't know was dirty until after pouring wine and drinking out of it and getting a very bitter/nasty taste from it. Smelled terrible. Brought it to the attention of staff but nothing came out of it but a new cup.

Staff were very kind and welcoming. Room was of a good size and bathroom was cool. Some small space spots on the sheets and some cobwebs but fairly clean. Dinner at Olivet was good, room service breakfast as only ok. A nice weekend getaway.
