Stayed after a trip to local Drayton manor park. Room was basic, but clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good food at reasonable prices. Would stay again.
My only complaint, about the whole experience, being that there wasnât any facilities provided in the room for making tea or coffee. While a tea and coffee maker were available in the bar area, access was limited to the bar being open. Therefore between 11:00 pm and 08:00 am, one wasnât able to access a hot drink?
Nice, clean room. Checking in was quick and easy. There was an event happening in the pub but the room was nice and quiet. I would stay again for sure!
Friendly staff.
Jo, the manager would go out of her way to help.
Good breakfast, well worth the money.
Bar area well stocked and disco on the Friday night was good.
The room was filthy , I requested a refund from the venue they never replied, also hotels.com seem to be ignoring me as well. They told me that it should be processed in 72 hours , Iâm still waiting.
The bedding had huge brown stains on it , the mattress had yellow and brown stains, the carpets and window blinds were tatty and stained , the shower rail was hanging off, the shower head was filthy, the whole shower enclosure was filthy. There was a kettle but no cups or tea / sugar/ coffee. The list goes on.
Perfect for a quick overnight stay so we could get an early start. Friendly staff, easy check in. Even let us take a pint to the room đ. Room was basic but did the job.it was fairly loud in the club but we couldnât hear anything from our room.
Cheap but very basic and really could do with some TLC. I mean the room is as clean but dirty! It had been cleaned but lots of stains on carpet and chair, TV didnât work, cracker tiles in bathroom and mould. Staff really nice hence donât want to put it down to much, but would I stay again NO
Car park full when arrived, the lovely lady at reception moved her car to allow me to park my van! She was fantastic. But it ends there, gross bathroom disgusting shower had 1 setting like being under a kettle, if i wasnât so tired i would have sacrificed the ÂŁ67 and gone elsewhere!
Rooms were old and grim!!
Black mould all over the bathroom and beds were really uncomfortable. Pub itself was pleasant and staff were friendly enough.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.
We were told that there would be a disco at night and it should finish at 12.30 - it finished at 2 and the music was thumping through all the rooms. There was a gap of almost 1 cm down the side of the door frame which we could see through which was somewhat unsettling. We also could not understand why there was a kettle in the room - there were no cups, no coffee/tea and no electric cable to plug it into.
Strange place is Fazeley, a couple of miles from Drayton Manor theme park, arrived just after 9pm, my son had seen the pool table in the online photos so fancied a game a pool and to watch some football on TV..... Unfortunatly kids are not welcome after 9pm.... did the job of somewhere to sleep.
Was a disappointing experience. The first room had tattwred blinds and a stained vanity stool. The shower bar was broken so no hot water. There was no remote for the tv because, I was told, the builder take them. The same with kettles. There was a kettle in the first room but no tea or coffee. Credit to the staff on flagging up of the shower problem I was immediately moved to another room. There was no kettle in the room, the remotendid not work and was vwey dirty and the top of the toilet flush was missing. As I was leaving early, was advised to leave via the fire exit.when I got to the fire exit it and all the others on the building were wide open at 5 in the morning rendering the building unsecured. The car park is small and there wasnt space when I arrived so parked in a nearby street
