Very good

Terrible service arranging for my late check-in. Person working the desk practically yelled at me for not reconfirming the day before even though I had talked to somebody 2 days before that. Room was not clean. Water pressure was awful. Sink faucet moved when you used it and made a sound like a mouse dying when you turned it. Water leaked from sink the last night covering floor in water. Despite advertisement, there is no discount given at local gym..the clerk just shrugged and said they don't do that anymore but was kind enough to point the direction to the gym. Tried to use the pool only to find a scuba class from an outside company using it for a class.
Refused to stay at the property once we got there. Very dirty. Bedding was stained and floors were slippery and filthy. Would not recommend this to anyone.
Great little hotel right on the water. There was dolphins and manatees right outside our door. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
First off, there is MAJOR road construction right in front of the hotel.
The rooms themselves are basic hotel rooms. Property needs some TLC, it could be a great place, but not til construction is done.
Smaller pool is nice, but with construction right outside, it is noisy.
The front desk clerk was nice. Don’t quite understand why they want $200 deposit for key and possible ‘damages’ but I did get reimbursed promptly.
Would I stay here again? No
Room was very small, opened front door and you literally walked into the bed. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Napkins were taped to the wall behind the headboard, I guess to stop it from banging the wall lol. Other guest were sitting at the table outside our bedroom door late at night. Place is need of a lot of repairs. Definitely not a 300.00 plus a night room.
We had a room on the water that had a nice patio with a table and chairs for dining and watching the sunset. Comfortable bed and easy parking. The air conditioning was quiet however a bit challenging to manage. Overall, a 10!
The room was old, small but there was a full sized refrigerator (?) taking up considerable space. No room to place toiletries in the bathroom and furnishings were tired appearing. That said the view was great overlooking the canal and the folk working there were very friendly and accommodating.
Rooms were clean and roomy. Back area by the water was so nice. Peaceful and saw manatee. Parking is not paved but still ample parking for units. Front desk was helpful with food suggestions.
Great spot for having your boat right on the water behind your unit. Well appointed rooms. Close to bars and restaurants. Great island vibe! We will be back
This place was amazing with a restaurant connected to it with amazing lobster rolls and a bar also connected with the best $5 stone crab claws. Also had a beautiful walking area near the water and chairs outside near a fire pit. The only complaint is the bed/pillows were a little uncomfortable but other than that we loved it!
Great place, beautiful view of the creek behind our room, even saw a Manatee! Staff was very friendly and informative my room was large & beds very comfortable, it was very quiet. I only saw one pool (they have 2) and it was very clean and nice. There were only a couple issues I had
1. No hot water - It gets lukewarm if you wake around 5am but otherwise fridgidly cold! Sadly made showering impossible.
2. The TV connection wasn't great, the shows skipped or went to a screen saying "no connection" every 5-10 min.
3. Floors weren't terribly clean-I had to toss my white socks when I got home. But everything else was very clean.
However, for what I needed it was liveable and I will happily stay here again!
This hotel has a freeway on one side and a waterway on the other. The canal is full of fish sharks and dolphin and manatee. Amazing! But the freeway roars the whole time. And some of the staff would not allow me to have a towel without leaving my ID. And they were often rude and dismissive. The property texted me to see if I would be checking in early. So then I replied yes I willl check in early. Then I arrived to find that the place was mostly empty but they kept saying the room wasn’t ready. They leSo wonderful and so crappy at once.
The customer service was wonderful but the property was worn. The area with the refrigerator was crudely improvised and the air conditioner was very noisy, made worse by the lack of carpet. The locks on the doors could have been easily broken through. The smell of cleaning products didn't quite cover up the old house odors. There were no windows to look out of.
