There were Ferrell cats everywhere and my wife got bitten by fleas because of it. We had a cockroach in our bathroom. Water pressure in the kitchen was very poor.

We were very pleasantly surprised with our room at Ocean Point. 2 br, 2 bath, with a nicely well kitchen. It was very clean, nicely furnished, and spacious. The property is conveniently located in Tavernier, close to many good restaurants and local attractions. We’ll definitely book Ocean Points for future trips to the Keys.

After the bad reviews I had read, I was worried about how clean and what state of repair our rental unit would be in. Needless worry! It was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Liked the second room we were put in after finding roaches in our first room… would of been nice to have help moving all our stuff to new room.. since it was 10:30 at night and we were traveling with to young children that were in bed.

Property has lots to do, but some misleading pictures and descriptions. There is no restaurant, only a cafe / bar. Rooms are dated/worn. Drawers and doors don;t open and close properly, tiles missing or broken in bathroom. Water pressure was a joke, it barley flowed out of the sink faucet. I was surprised the shower actually did work. Travelocity says check-in is 4:00pm it is actually 5:00pm. We waited until 5:40 before getting our key, so were unable to use the pool or amenities.
