Newly built apartment in the Marina di Mancaversa area, a holiday destination next to Gallipoli, with which it shares the southern coastal stretch of the town, just after the Punta Pizzo beach. The apartment, with an independent entrance on the ground floor, is organized on 2 levels and has a front/back veranda furnished with garden furniture.

The Violetta apartment is located 800 meters from the center of the marina and just 900 meters from the local beach, known as Spiaggia dei Cavalli (a natural bay with fine sand, surrounded by a low and flat rocky coastal stretch, interspersed with sandy coves).

The ground floor features an air-conditioned eat-in kitchen, complete with sofa and TV, a full bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom with access to a habitable veranda. The basement consists of another double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower box. There is the possibility of adding two additional beds in the hallway area. A parking space is available near the apartment.

The property is located in an area characterized by small villas and residences, from where the seafront can be easily reached. The seafront is home to many commercial activities, restaurants, and summer attractions.

Due to its position, continuing the coast of Gallipoli, Mancaversa is highly sought after by both young people and families who enjoy a quieter environment compared to the liveliness of Gallipoli, without sacrificing the beauty of the sea and remaining just a few minutes from the town center.

This solution is recommended for families and groups, including those traveling with pets (a small additional charge for sanitizing the accommodation due to the presence of animals).

For check-ins and check-outs outside the specified time slots, upon customer request and prior approval, an additional charge is required:

For check-ins after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM, an extra fee of €30.00 applies;

For check-ins from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM, an extra fee of €50.00 applies;

For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, an extra fee of €100.00 applies.

For early check-outs, upon customer request and prior approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, an extra fee of €30.00 applies.
