Dispite the extremely unfortunate circumstances we found ourselves in we really appreciated the kindness and reassurance the staff gave us in terms of advice and safety when they themselves would of been under a lot of stress; ALL your staff should be highly commended !!! We do hope to be able to return one day and stay longer then one locked in night ; thoughts are with you all x mike and Tony

Cleanliness is very poor
Staff = 10/10 Cleanliness = 1/10 For a hotel that was just opened last year, the bathrooms are too dirty; the cleaners really need to pay more attention and give it a good scrub. Mould, scum and hairs everywhere. Disgusting! The reception and bar staff were very friendly and excellent though.

In the center. Nice pool. Food options near by. The bad no parking and the parking you do have is far away and expensive as hell. The price say x including tax and then they charge you . It's so anoying
