The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, and everything you need to prepare a meal. The large dining table is ideal for family dinners or gathering with friends.



The living area is comfortable and inviting, with a 46-inch Smart TV and Netflix for relaxed evenings at home. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, and vacuum cleaner.



The building is newly built and equipped with an elevator, and the apartment is located on the 1st floor. A Mamad (safe room) is also available in the apartment for added peace of mind.



Set in the vibrant Old North, you’ll be within walking distance of local cafés, shops, restaurants, and some of Tel Aviv’s popular attractions. It’s a great base for exploring the city while still having a comfortable place to come back to.

By booking this apartment, you agree to pay an additional 18% VAT, applicable to Israeli citizens as required by law. This amount will be collected via an Airbnb VAT payment request sent to you through the platform.



Foreigners receive B2 slip at passport control at the airport to avoid VAT.
