"Exceptional staff, really helpful and friendly. Only a couple of small gripes, a toilet seat fitted to match other room colours but it didn't fit the loo correctly so for a stand up wee you have to hold the seat up with one hand. Also the bed headboard could do with a bit of a hoover. Amazing dinner, breakfast and a good night sleep,"

"I called a few days before to indicate that I would be arriving late at around 10pm. I was advised that it was fine as the reception was staffed 24 hours. I also cheekily asked for air con, so I was allocated a room with it. I hadn't realised that not all rooms were air conditioned. That was a nice touch. Upon arrival, I was required to pay for parking, acceptable! I was then advised that I was too late for the restaurant, which closes at 9.30 pm. It's a shame they didn't tell me this when I called in advance. The room was a little dated in its decor but a good size with all the amenities you'd expect. Overall, I would recommend the hotel and would stay again if I were in Telford. It is easy to find with a large car park."
