The Space:

Casa Luna, named in memory of our beloved English Mastiff Luna, who joined us when we relocated to Costa Rica in 2017-2018, embodies the warmth and charm she brought to everyone. Her impressive size and brindle coat made her a local favorite, cherished for her affectionate nature and love of being photographed.



The villa's open-concept design seamlessly blends a well-equipped kitchen, a six-seat dining table, and a cozy living area with a plush couch and flat-screen TV.



The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet with a working desk, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, generous closet space, and a smart TV. The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a smart TV, with easy access to a shared full bathroom directly across the hall.



Outside, the lounge area is outfitted with comfortable furniture, a smart TV, and a ping pong table. Alternatively, relax by the pool, practice yoga, or read a book while enjoying the soothing sounds of the waterfall feature.

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



Please note that this house is currently listed for sale, and we may ask to show the house during your stay. This isn't frequent, but we do want to be transparent with all of our guests.

Although it’s on the map for tourists, Playa Potrero still keeps its charm as a 1950s beach town. This vibrant, oceanside community has popular nightlife and restaurants, all within walking distance of the property.

Other Things to Note:

As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.



Non-Smoking Policy

Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vaping, is not allowed inside the property or near doors, windows, or outdoor living areas.



A $250 fee will apply for violations. Thank you for helping us keep the space smoke-free.
