Parking was good was able to get a spot in front of room. Desk was ok chair was broken however. Bathroom was horrible! Desperately needs a remodel! Shoeever head was only 5 feet up so anyone over 5 feet the water hits your chest vs head!!! Tub surround was broke. Or chipped tun looks to have been painted over MULTIPLE times!! The room SHOWED its age! Doesnt look to have been updated or remodeled (short of the bed) in well over a decade! Hotel rules were no dogs no smoking. The room next to me appeared to be long term residents who were very much so smoking and own a HUGE golden retriever dog! I guess the rules vary

Check in was great! Friendly -fast- easy! Room was ok. There was hair all over the potty. Long black hair. But other than that, the room seemed clean. The bath/shower area is in serious need of renovation. The potty seat was oval- on a round potty. The walls, tub shower area are pretty bad.

The toilet was moldy and disgusting like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last people were there. No working restroom in the lobby. Check in clerk was very friendly and helpful. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Bathtub was in terrible condition/paint peeling off all of inside of tub. Half the lighting did not work in the whole space. Toilet paper holder was broken. Poor condition; really was not expecting this especially with cost of room.

Check-in took forever! Room smelled awful. Black mold all over bathroom ceiling, walls and tub caulk. Bathtub had a 6 inch split in bottom. Ancient cheap acrylic tub. Toilet sized for kindergarten kids. Mattresses were newer and comfortable. Bedding sparse but front desk provided extra pillows and blankets. DO NOT stay here. We booked 2 nights and left after 1. Seriously you’ve been warned.

Needs work

Bathroom with mold in tub, old worn out toilet seat, bathroom very musty smelling. Walls dirty. Old rusty lamps. Electric Plug at sink not working. Advertised breakfast but does not serve breakfast. Ice machine broken. Carpet very sticky. Bed was ok. Lady at the front desk was polite and friendly!

The website is very deceiving. There is no breakfast but you are welcome to free juice during breakfast hours. There are no adjoining rooms, these rooms are outdoor accessible. When we arrived to check in there were people screaming very loudly and seemed to be behind the check in area so I'm not sure if it was staff or guests. We reserved adjoining rooms but obviously not available. The bathroom door didn't close at all. The shower curtain barely covers the shower because a curved rod was installed. The toilet seat was broken. The bathroom fan was covered in a thick layer of dust so it was falling off if you turned it on. The toilet itself was the size of one in an elementary school for children. It rained and water flooded under the door. It appears by the rooms that they attempted to update but maybe ran out of money. The parking lot, outdoor appearance and stairs and lobby are very outdated. Im upset I paid for things that I did not receive and feel I should be reimbursed but know that will never happen. I will, however, not ever stay with this hotel chain again. Extremely disappointed.
