Nestled between the Estérel hills and the Mediterranean Sea, this home strikes a rare balance: intimate enough for a couple, spacious enough for a small family, and situated just thirty meters from the sea. You can hear the waves from the terrace.



The interior features shades of white and lavender, colors that harmonize with the coastal light. The rooms are bright, and the glass front door frames the view of the water right from the threshold. The house has been refined every year since 2006, continually improved by an owner who pays close attention to what’s missing elsewhere.



The garden and pool face the water directly. Nowhere on the property do you lose sight of either the sea or the Estérel mountains behind you.



Le Panama offers lunch with your feet in the sand, along with delicious cocktails and unpretentious cuisine. La Brocherie, perched above the harbor, is the place for dinner featuring fresh fish and seafood.
