We vacated the property in Thomas, WV (Mountain Koru property) as soon as we arrived due to the disgusting condition of the house upon arrival. There was dog hair in the floor all over the house. Additionally, the bed had dirty sheets on it with stains on them and human hair. The bedsheets had been slept on and not changed. The covers were pulled back up over the dirty sheets. There was mouse feces underneath the kitchen sink in the cabinets. The floor was dirty with footprints on it. There were bugs all over the floor. There were dirty towels and sheets, located on a shelf in the bedroom that had not been taken out and washed. The furniture in the living room had dog hair all over it and had not been vacuumed in a long time. The door frame was covered in handprint smudges or paw print smudges and was very dirty. Mold was present on the kitchen sink window. Of note, there was severe water damage on the ceiling of the house. We were afraid to sleep in the loft area due to the water damage and possibly the ceiling coming down.The listing advertised a grill available for use; however, it was damaged and pushed to the front of the backyard on its side. The grill was rusty and would not be able to be used for food preparation.
