The apartment "Finil" is located in the hamlet of Piovere (Tignale), in a central position with a beautiful view of the historic centre and the lake, just 7 km away. from Lake Garda. It is part of the rustic "La Corte", typical house of the restored place trying not to take away that taste of life lived, typical of the houses of the historical centre. This rustic, composed of three apartments, has been renovated taking care of all the details through a work of contemporary design that creates a warm but modern atmosphere. Each apartment has every comfort to make your holiday easy and relaxing. The rustic is the perfect spot for walking, cycling or jogging in the beautiful mountain landscape of Tignale. At approx. 20 m is the centre of Piovere where there is a small shop, a hairdresser, a wine shop and a bar and just 300 meters away is a restaurant and the "Al Poggio" swimming pool (free for our customers). At approx. 5 km the municipal swimming pool and the fun adventure park "Flying frogs". A few minutes by car or with the transfer (free for our customers) we reach the "Pra dela Fam", a beach with a small harbour for boats, a Kite and Surf school and a restaurant-bar.

The apartment is a three-room apartment of about 85 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. It has a living room with kitchenette and couch, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, furnished patio. Comforts include a kitchen (4 induction hob and extractor fan), microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, German coffee maker, toaster, kettle, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. For the car there is a free municipal car park about 200 meters away.



Sport and health: outdoor pool in 300 mt away, tennis court 300 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und neu eingerichtet. Alles sehr, sehr sauber. Superbequeme Betten. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder. In der NĂ€he gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt sowie ein kleines Restaurant. Wir haben hier jeden Tag ein ausgezeichnetes FrĂŒhstĂŒck genossen sowie mehrmals zu Abend gegessen bei einem ausgezeichneten Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder Es gab ĂŒberhaupt nichts zu beanstanden!

Una bellissima scoperta!

Abbiamo affittato i 3 appartamenti per 4 giorni e passare lĂŹ il Capodanno. La struttura Ăš stupenda, tutti e tre gli appartamenti sono dei veri gioielli curati nei minimi dettagli. Tutto in stile minimal, molto pensato e con tutti i confort necessari: dal phon in bagno, al condizionatore in ogni stanza. Il tutto ad un prezzo onesto. Anche la proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile! Super consigliato, ci torneremo!

Unkomplizierte SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe und gute Tips direkt von der Vermieterin. Schöne Wohnung mit moderner Einrichtung. KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleiner Supermarkt und nettes Cafe / Bar direkt im Ort. Wanderwege direkt zum starten. FĂŒr alles andere benötigt man in der Nebensaison eher ein Auto.
