Schönes Ferienhaus.Die zuständige Agentur agiert freundlich und ist gut erreichbar. Man wird vorab mit Informationen versorgt. Auch wenn es bei solchen Objekten üblich ist - Schlüsselübergaben könnte man auch über Schlüsseltresore am Haus lösen, ohne dass man mehrmals zu Agenturbüro muss.Das Haus wirkt auf den Bildern geräumiger, ist aber ausreichend groß. Für uns völlig unverständlich, wie man das Obergeschoss zu zwei so großzügigen Schlafräumen machen kann, während sich das einzige, winzige Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss befindet.Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, maritim modern und in sehr gutem Zustand. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht (bis auf einen Korkenzieher). Man ist vom Haus aus zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Strand, Timmendorfer Strand ist ein schöner Urlaubsort, der viel zu bieten hat. Wir sind zufrieden mit der Wahl unseres Feriendomizils und haben wunderbare Tage hier verbracht!

Insgesamt sehr gut

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Es gab nur ganz kleinere Sachen zu bemängeln.Die Tür der Mikrowelle ging leider nicht so leicht auf, dann war die Beleuchtung im Haus klein, wenig unzureichend, teilweise nicht funktionstüchtig. Aber sonst alles perfekt.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war sauber! Der Platz ist ausreichend (wir waren 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Kleinkind) Die Lage des Hauses ist super, nah zum Strand, eine Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor der Tür (mit der Ostseecard fährt man fast umsonst!) In der Wohnung gibt es kein Babybett oder Hochstuhl, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind!
