Possible availability of a third bed in the anteroom on the upper floor. There is no presence of baby cribs. The sleeping area is accessed by a staircase. Presence of a small outdoor garden, without barbecue. Reserved parking space.

Electricity is provided by photovoltaic system. Therefore, one must pay attention to consumption. Hot water is instead given by gas boiler. Reachable by car along a steep cemented road (a minimum of mountain driving skills is required). Alternatively, it is possible to leave the car at the head parking lot and walk 5 minutes. Outside coverage by major telephone operators is not guaranteed. Pets are accepted

Staying at the Aunt Mariota Zeller cabin requires a willingness to give up some comforts. In fact, the house's electricity is provided by an island photovoltaic system with a battery.
