Vi alguns comentários negativos que quase me fizeram mudar de idéia, porém resolvemos ir e tirar nossa própria conclusão. O lugar é lindo, otimo lugar para relaxar em meio a natureza, as instalações externas proximo a piscina traz um lugar aconchegante e relaxante. Café da manhã muito bom, e sim a reposição dos produtos eram feitas bem rápido, o quarto muito aconchegante e confortável. Fomos bem recebidos, e voltaria em uma nova oportunidade!

A equipe do hotel não demonstra empatia, não pensa no bem-estar dos hóspedes e não faz questão alguma de agradar ou entender necessidades básicas. Havia um combinado para realizarmos o checkout às 12h, mas isso foi ignorado e, às 11h, recebemos uma ligação impaciente exigindo a saída imediata do quarto. E por falar em quarto, são extremamente mal cuidados e com estrutura que precisa de uma reforma imediata. O teto do banheiro havia muitas marcas pretas, espelho cheio de ferrugem e manchas, assim como as estruturas de metais do banheiro e quarto. A cama que pagamos a mais para o quarto, era um sofá cama que era baixo, sem conforto e o pé era encaixado de uma forma que se mexesse, caia. A estrutura precária, mas principalmente a postura fria e inflexível do hotel fez com que saíssemos extremamente frustradas e sem conseguir aproveitar a hospedagem. Não recomendo e não voltaria.

O quarto era ótimo,limpo, amplo. O hotel é lindo, grande e bem arborizado . O café da manhã deixou a desejar e o hotel todo está precisando de manutenção. Mas o custo benefício foi maravilhoso, mesmo não sendo perfeito! Eu voltaria!

Infelizmente o hotel que tem uma área belíssima e quartos grandes e estrutura digna de hotel de porte, está completamente largado e muito mal cuidado, com móveis velhos, equipamentos obsoletos e em mal conservados. O atendimento é deficitário e sem nenhuma cortesia. Restaurante com comida razoável, mas com atendimento precário e café da manhã fraco, sem muitas opções. Uma pena para uma área tão bonita, mas que pelo tamanho precisaria de um alto investimento para voltar a ser um hotel do nível que merece.
