Fiquei num quarto triplo,bem espaçoso , cama confortável e grande , ar condicionado p quente e frio ótimo, chuveiro elétrico ok. Estacionamento sem custos, muitas vagas. Boa localização. Pedimos q colocassem lâmpadas , só 1 lustre tinha lâmpada, não fomos atendidos. Limpeza não foi feita, encontramos o quarto e banheiro como deixamos em um dos dias.Banheiro não tem um único lugar p pendurar sequer a toalha de rosto, toalhas precisam ser renovadas,tomadas do quarto sem o espelho ou seja, fios aparentes. Faltou um capricho na manutenção e apresentação .

Ótima estadia

Eu colocaria que a estadia foi muito boa, o atendimento foi ótimo, tanto pelos funcionários quanto do dono da pousada, Juninho, o café da manhã muito farto, variedade de bolos muito gostosos. Tem estacionamento na frente da pousada e em um lote ao lado, voltarei em nova oportunidade.

Excelente estadia. Chuveiro cai pouquíssima água então tomar banho no frio foi desafiador. Cama confortável. Café da manhã bom mas esperam acabar para repor, então ou você espera ou desiste. Pão de queijo, ovo mexido nos dois dias faltaram. Mas quando vieram estavam excelentes.

Tivemos uma péssima experiência, desde o primeiro dia estavam fazendo obras ao lado da nossa janela, iniciando as 07 horas da manhã sem hora para acabar. O quarta estava empoeirado e com as obras ficou ainda pior. Pedimos a limpeza e não limparam. O banheiro ficava sem papel higiênico. Para organizar o quarto acabamos pedindo uma vassoura mas o ambiente precisava de uma limpeza de verdade. Viemos embora 1 dia antes do previsto pois todos do quarto tivemos uma crise alérgica devido a sujeira e poeira do ambiente. Barulho de furadeira bem cedo e ao longo do dia, não pudemos descansar que era nosso objetivo.

Decepção

Bom, aconteceram tantos infortúnios que acho viável enumerar os ocorridos para melhor entendimento. Primeiramente, a pousada informa possuir estacionamento, porém, o pseudo estacionamento é a rua em frente. O segundo maior incômodo foi estar acontecendo uma obra durante a semana, de 7 às 17 da tarde. Você viaja para descansar e simplesmente tem quebradeira durante 4 dos 5 dias que você se hospeda. Outro ponto, é que a luz acabou no bairro, por volta das 15 horas de um dia e só voltou às 10 do dia seguinte. Entendo que é algo que foge ao controle da hospedagem. Entretanto, me disseram ser algo recorrente na cidade quando tem muitos turistas. Ora, ao meu ver, uma pousada que cobra 400 reais o dia fora de temporada, deveria no mínimo ter um gerador. Ademais, mesmo sem luz, nenhum funcionário nos procuro para dar previsão ou alguma justificativa.Outro relato é que os bolos que fazem, os repetem em dias posteriores, sendo que minha esposa comeu uma torta de frango azeda. Pasmem, tudo isso com a pousada vazia, éramos um dos poucos hóspedes. Por fim, acho que falta profissionalismo na pousada como um todo, por diversas vezes os funcionários se chamavam gritando na porta do quarto, de manhã ou até mesmo a noite. A pousada tem tudo para ser uma das melhores, mas precisam se atentar a esses detalhes.

Hotel atendeu a minha expectativa! Café da manhã com muitas variedades. Quarto estava limpo, as toalhas foram trocadas no dia seguinte e o quarto arrumado. Localização não é próximo ao centro Histórico, mas meus filhos pequenos foram andando sem problemas. O fato da cidade estar cheia o hotel sendo mais afastado ficou mais silencioso para quem quer descansar.
