Our overall experience at Xica was pretty bad. The property has a lot of potential and some of the staff are excellent, but overall bad management and lack of basic guest service left us very disappointed. Every morning we ordered the same thing for breakfast and only once they got our order right. We arrived on our first night and there was no electric due to a power outage in the neighbourhood, and there were no candles or flashlights available, and the restaurant was closed. The management never apologized for the inconvenience or credited anything to compensate us. There were mosquitos and ants in the room, and even a large cockroach. In the bathroom a urine smell permeated the place. We really don’t recommend to anyone to stay at that hotel.

Great property

Beautiful grounds situated 5mins drive from the main square. The pousada is located on a gigantic lot which has many animals which makes it a great experience if you have a family. The breakfast was prepared to order as well as there being a buffet which were both excellent. The staff in the restaurant as well as the front desk were very friendly.

Bom, porém falta manutenção nas áreas comuns e no quarto que ficamos (pedimos p trocar, porém nos informaram q não havia vagas, mesmo simulando uma reserva e vendo que tinha). Ao lado do quarto bastante entulho e próximo tem um chalé em desuso com uma piscina com água verde. Café da manhã bom e funcionários atenciosos.

Foi muito boa. O hotel fica próximo à cidade histórica. O quarto é grande. Os funcionários são simpáticos e o café da manhã é muito bom. A cama é grande. Senti falta de armarios ou cômodas. Um problema sério é que o telefone fornecido pelo site não tem atendimento. Embora caia na caixa postal que solicita telefone de contato, isto não ocorre.

Excelente pousada, muito bem decorada e confortável. Com filhos pequenos deve ser melhor ainda, pois a área de lazer infantil é fantástica.

A pousada é antiga, sem manutenção adequada. A piscina estava suja, o assento sanitário rachado e solto. Fica localizada ao lado da rodovia, longe do centro histórico de interesse. A exceção foi o café da manhã variado e a cortesia e simpatia dos funcionários. O Wi-Fi prometido não funciona nos quartos e nos forneceram a senha errada.

Aconchegante e bucólico..

A pousada tem um clima agradável e aconchegante. Os ambientes são rústicos e interessantes com peças de artesanato local. A vários ambientes e espaços para serem aproveitados, área fitness, uma boa piscina, sauna, capela e jardins. A sala do café da manhã fica no prédio principal Onde é servido um bom café da manhã com bolos feitos pelo proprietário (uma delícia), algumas frutas e frios. Não à muita variedade mas é suficiente para um café delicioso, principalmente pelos omeletes e tapiocas feitos na hora. Pra quem vai com crianças pequenas recomendo reservar um dos ranchos (no site do expedia aparece como bangalô), quarto amplo com antesala e um mezanino onde ficam 2 camas de solteiro e um sofá que pode ser uma terceira cama. As crianças adoraram, disseram que parecia a casa dos 7 anões. A cama do casal fica embaixo do mezanino dando privacidade ao ambiente.

Hotel com uma localização boa!

Adorei a pousada, atendimento de primeira, quarto confortável, limpo e tranquilo. Adorei a área externa da pausada , a capelinha dentro do hotel muito charmosa . Ficaria novamente hospedada. A pousada não fica no centro, mas que esta de carro fica muito perto, 05 min ! Gostei de tudo da pousada.
